“MesAmis is an amalgamation of some of our favourite experiences from living in France. Our memories are of fabulous patisseries with beautiful chocolates and excellent coffee and tea, served in a relaxed atmosphere.
This is what we are bringing to Chatsworth road.
Our “piece de resistance” is our very own Pastry Chef . Not only has Garry trained at some of the best Michelinstarred restaurants in the North, he has spent two spells at the 3*** “Ramsey’s” in London. He has catered in some exceptional homes in France: he has even cooked for a Countess, at one of the finest, privately‐owned Chateaux in Anjou, where his chocolate mousse is renowned.
Fortunately for us, he is a great friend of the family and is excited at the prospect of this fledgling business.”
